Golf Shop Gets a Facelift

The Golf Shop is currently in the process of getting a facelift to the outside of the building. New wood shingles are being installed and will be stained to match that of the Club House/Restaurant for a nice coordinated look overall.

General Emphasis

The general emphasis will focus on the improvement of course conditions, green speed, additional bunkers and tee renovations. We also have plans to water the perimeter rough adjacent to the fairways and the dry spots in the rough that get hard during dry spells.

Hole 3 - Have It Your Way

After renovating and extending the tees on hole 3 last year, it has been set up so that you can play the hole as a par 5 using the new tees, or if you are sentimental and/or just prefer to play the hole as a par 4, you can still use the original tee placements. Have it your way!

New Cart Path

Construction has been carried out on the 13th hole for a new cart path. Some of the woods on the right side of the fairway were thinned and cleared for the path. This allows for more room on the course as well as an improved transition to the 14th hole.

New Distance Markers

New blue, white and red distance yard markers have been placed on the front nine. Golfers will find that the new markers make it much easier to judge both ball flight distances and yards to the pin. Future plans call for replacing the markers on the back nine as well.
